Every venture I’ve built over the past 18 years is driven by the belief that powerful ideas only matter if you have the discipline to bring them to life. My career has taken me across real estate, technology, and corporate services in Dubai, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the UK, leading teams through growth, pressure, and transformation. I’ve learned that structure and speed don’t have to compete; with focused leadership, they can fuel each other. At MEA Tec Distribution, I expanded our cybersecurity presence across five markets and built partnerships with over eight global technology vendors. Our work strengthened enterprises’ digital resilience and modernize their security systems. That same drive to simplify complexity led me to start Rich Pro, where I built platforms that streamline how businesses establish, scale, and operate across the region, ranging from startups to large-scale enterprises. By integrating setup, licensing, and compliance into one streamlined system, we’ve helped organizations spend less time on admin and more time growing. Then came Will & Rich Real Estate, where I focused on creating transparency and trust in a market that often lacks both. I’ve overseen acquisitions exceeding AED 90 million, including exclusive mandates. Our transparent, data-driven approach has earned long-term trust with investors and developers across both off-plan and commercial sectors. More recently, through Will Fix, I’ve been exploring how investment, real estate, and digital infrastructure intersect, finding new ways to help businesses adapt faster and operate smarter. If there’s one thing I’ve learned through all of this, it’s that people follow composure. Markets shift, challenges come and go, but resilience and steady, grounded leadership is what truly carries a business through uncertainty. I’m always open to connecting with professionals shaping the future of technology, real estate, and investment.
